These were the last photos I took as demolition began on the building (a few months ago, just before winter was setting in).
Luckily for me, demo began on a Friday, otherwise I wouldn't have gotten any photos, since the work was done during my work hours.
At this point, they had torn off all the brick and the rear porch addition.
